Payment Methods
BlueEar, operated by Hong Kong engine International Co., Limited, uses Stripe as our payment processor for all bluetooth headphone and audio accessory purchases. All payments are processed securely through Stripe's platform.
We accept the following payment methods:

Non-Returnable Items

- Ear tips or ear cushions that have been in direct contact with ears

Audio Device Specific Return Conditions

- Hygiene Requirements: Items must be free from any personal contamination

- Audio Quality: No distortion, crackling, or sound quality issues due to misuse
- Physical Condition: No scratches, dents, or damage to drivers or electronics
Return Process
To initiate a return:
